The Lady Devils overcame sloppy and wet
conditions at KLM on Saturday to win their third
consecutive Regional Championship, prevailing 39-43 over
LT. Benet (68), Downers South (93) and Downers North
(111) followed and will also advance to the Sectional
meet. While it rained through most of Friday night, the
rains let up before dawn. While Saturday weather
conditions ended up with temps in the upper 40’s and no
